2019-2020 Application for Admission
 
While Saint Paul School does engage in a rolling admissions program, on 
March 1, 2019 we will begin processing applications and placing students into open seats in the classes.    As a number of classrooms will fill up quickly, we encourage you to complete and return your child’s ONLINE APPLICATION as soon as possible in order to ensure the best opportunity for your child to join us here at Saint Paul School in the fall.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

The application process for Saint Paul School has three steps: 

1. APPLY ONLINE:  Requirements for each grade are also listed below.  

2. Teacher Recommendation, Discipline Release Form & Transcript Release: Applicants in Kindergarten ~ Grade 8 must submit a teacher recommendation, discipline release form and a official transcript. Details regarding submission are available on our online application.

3. Screening:  Students entering Preschool ~ Grade 8 are required to participate in a screening and academic assessment prior to admission to Saint Paul School.  Screening results are the property of Saint Paul School and will not be released upon completion. 

Students entering Preschool, PreKindergarten and Kindergarten:
Your 30-minute visit includes a meeting with the Principal, an academic assessment/screening, and class visit with teacher evaluation.
 
Students entering Grade 1 ~ Grade 8:
We welcome you to join us for an Imagine Day (9:00a - 12:30p).  Your visit includes a meeting with the Principal, an academic assessment/screening, and full-morning class visit with teacher evaluation. 

ADMISSIONS CHECKLIST

With ALL applications, parents or guardians must submit:

☐ Non-refundable application fee of $75

☐ Copy of student’s Birth Certificate

☐ Copy of student’s Baptismal Certificate (if baptized)

☐ Updated Health Records


Applications to Preschool, PreKindergarten, Kindergarten and Grade 1 also include:

☐ Current academic transcript / report card / progress report (for applicants entering Kindergarten and Grade 1)

☐ Discipline Release Form (for applicants entering Grade 1)

☐ Teacher Recommendation Form (submiited online by current teacher)

☐ Select a screening date (parent selects options offered online )


Applications to Grade 2 ~ Grade 8 also include:

☐ Copy of current academic transcript / report card / progress report (upload to online application)

☐ Copy of recent standardized testing scores (upload to online application)

☐ Discipline Release Form (sent by current school)

☐ Teacher Recommendation Form (submitted online by current teacher)

☐ Select a screening date (parent selects online)
