Program Overview
Fostering a love of God and a love for learning in our youngest students.
Preschool (age 3)
The Preschool program provides the structure and guidance children need to grow in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. Children enhance social skills such as sharing, taking turns, making friends, kindness, and empathy. Children engage in developmentally appropriate academics in whole group instruction and centers. Preschool children foster their Catholic values through daily prayer, attending mass, and religion lessons. Free play and discovery is an important part of our day as well as weekly classes in physical education, art, and music. Preschoolers establish a love of learning to take on their wonderful journey at Saint Paul School.
PreKindergarten (age 4)
The Prek at Saint Paul School is a child centered, theme based learning program. In addition to developing social skills, such as making friends, sharing, taking turns and building a God loving community, the children are engaged in hands-on academic activities where learning is fun and differentiated to meet each child’s individual needs. Music, art, movement and religion are incorporated into each day, as well as weekly Spanish, Library Social/Emotional Wellness and Computer instruction. SPS PreK offers an excellent enrichment program, before and after care, and many parent volunteer opportunities.

“Saint Paul School’s early childhood programs have exceeded our expectations in every way. SPS has not only provided our kids with a learning environment focused on growth and discovery, but also one filled with support, care, and play. Far beyond just your basic ABCs, the preschool, pre-K, and kindergarten teachers have cultivated a safe and encouraging environment that has given our kids the confidence to try new things and grow as little humans. They come home happy, excited to share what they’ve learned, and enthused for the next day. What more can a parent ask for?”
